In particular, we need an event chair for the 1st 3 events (well at least someone to help Rob for the Noob school and event).

Please volunteer, its a great experience, and you get to design the course to suit your specific car and earn the wrath of Remchak (if he actually shows up). If you've never done it before, no worries, its easy. You do get free entry into the event as well.

Edit: We typically only offer 2 free entries per event for event chairing. Of course, more people are welcome to help out for a given event, but we can't give out too many more than that and still remain solvent.

After getting a taste for course design and other EC responsibilities, I'm happy to volunteer for additional events. Looks like points #8 and the non points events are the only ones with nobody assigned, so count me in for one or both as needed. If something comes up between now and then, I'd be happy to step in.

Awesome. Thanks a bunch for helping the test and tune be such a success.

One small clarification for prospective chairs: it IS a requirement that event chairs show up for the events. . . :roll:

Kevin, Kourosh, as you may have seen in the announcements, the Circuitcross will NOT be tied to event #7 anymore. Are you still willing to chair given that it will only be a 1 day points event now? It will be on the 16th.

I'm GMing, and would be glad to co-chair as well for that event. I have some ideas I'd like to try out in NCCAR.
