Autocross Schedule Digest

I got tired of visiting multiple websites looking at calendars, so I have started a Google calendar listing local events (THSCC and TSCC right now - will add NCR when they post their schedule), as well as those national events within reasonable distance (totally subjective measure here). I'm sure somebody else already did this, but I haven't found a link. I'll continue to add more info as I get time and it becomes available, so I hope it can be vaguely useful for others. https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?s ... google.com

Thanks for posting yours. Maybe one day we will have an official Google Cal maintained by the club(s). :roll:

I just started using Google calendar and looking back, I have no idea how I stayed organized last year. It's pretty awesome especially when you use the color coding to prioritize.

If we had a public THSCC version that you could link to through the Club Discussion thread would that be feasible? Not sure about who would have 'access' to editing and adding events to it though?

ya i got one that adds, rallyx and chump car and lemons races in them. I could stay booked until mid june with all this crap

I believe you can use invites to suggest an event on a calendar; at that point, some lucky volunteer would just need to be in charge of approving additions.

I think someone mentioned to place the calendar in the public part of the forum and link to that. Nothing special to do there.

Would you like for me to send you what I have in addition? There are some good events in Atlanta. Also, with the increasing number of members running street tires, there might be some interest in the National Street Tire Challenge. We went to the one in Atlanta last year and it was a blast. I'll forward those dates when they're posted too. Can hardly wait for NCR and SCSCCA to publish their schedule. I check every day or so.

Trust me when I tell you that Motorsportreg, autoevents.com, etc, are only the tiup of the iceburg. :wink:

Lots of clubs (like ours) don't use outside sources for registration.

I do know this Gwen. I also know it would solve this issue if ya'll could get a central registration source. PCA & SCCA autox in several regions are already on motorsportreg.

Thanks for posting this! I keep most autox events on my GRM calendar, but this works well also. Dumb question...how I can see this calendar through my google account?
