They are sufficient. Where did you hear they aren't?

If our club annual tech is good for NCAC, Why is there tech Friday night? That makes it seem like it's full inspection, and not something that could get done Saturday morning. Just curious, but I was planning on getting there Sat and didn't want to get held up in tech instead of prepping for my runs, coursewalks etc. Matt's post made me confused about doing tech Fri night at the hotel, unless that was code for "first round of libations to ensure proper liver function before venturing off into Charlotte."

A lot of two day events have some sort of tech/registration check in the night before. Just one thing you can get out of the way if you are already there. They will have tech sat morning too. They should pass your annual tech the same way we do ours.

I was wondering if they will have the course set-up/open for walking fri. night.

Plans Friday or Saturday night? Ram and I will probably be in Concord around 7-8 on Friday. Lots of crap around Concord Mills (ie Consumerville USA). There is a Steak and Shake and Hooters quite close to zMax, but about 10 minutes down highway 29 is a Flying Saucer (ie great beer, ok food).

Judi and I plan to get there early enough to check in to the hotel before going to registration. We're up for something Friday night.

I just noticed that Flying Saucer redid their food menu.....looks a lot better than it did when I used to go there 7 years ago. You guys up for that? (psssssssttttt lets buy Jeremy and John a bunch of beers so Ram and I have a chance :) ).

That's the plan for Jeremy and I. We ran an NCR event today. 5 runs, three in the dry. Jeremy got his grove back and beat me and took FTD of the day and 2nd in PAX today

I will take my 2nd in class, 3rd fastest overall to the house and be happy  8)

PS, for the heck of it we ran in SSM today.

its not bad, small but not bad. Good grip (when it isn't POURING) Our last two runs where in the puddling water. Slicks don't grip well that way lol.
