Where's the bus need to go after the event? Is Apex good, cuz that would be a lot more convenient for me.

Thanks.

It's mho that putting a cap on an event will drive new comers away....If there's too many entrants limit the number of runs...no one wants to drive 30 or 40 miles to be told to go home, at eight oclock on a Sunday. If you do that you can bet they'll never come back.

Right now we do not have a cap. The only one we had was for NCCAR due to starting late. Everything else is wide open. As long as we can keep the overlaps to a minimum, I say let them come and play....

I don't have an opinion on cap/no cap...just wanted some idea so as to plan for worker shifts. It'll be warm (90 or so) on Sunday, but hopefully not 95+. Quick overlap will be a priority for sure.

What he said. Unless we are consistently getting so many entrants that we can't get events done by late afternoon putting caps on entrants just discourages new people. And if we are lucky enough to keep getting 150+ entrants we should think about how to accomodate them instead of turning them away.

Are we doing all together runs this year or still split with morning/afternoon? If all, is it 5 run groups? AXWare determined class allocation?

Sorry, it's been a while since I've run with our club...

AAO, 4 groups with probably 4 runs...no way can we do 5 runs if we have more than 100 drivers. Worker coordinator determined run groups--but if AXWare can do it, that'd be cool as it alleviates the last-minute scurrying between WC and registration to add-in the walk-ups.

I suspect, however, that if it AXWare could do it we'd already have that in place...right?
