Danville hotel /activities?

I may have missed the conversation, but are any of the guys whose chicks are doing the school going to be hanging in/near Danville during the day Sat? Karting at VIR or anything like that?

How about Sat night? Are folks staying anywhere in particular? (last minute planner, as usual...)

I am planning on riding up to vir when i get off work at 1pm. We are staying at the sleep in, not sure about any plans for after the chicks school other than trying to stash my tire trailer inside at danville.

VIR is hosting the vintage races this weekend, so I was going to try to sneak over as I could on Friday and maybe Saturday if possible.

it is suppose to be a closed event, i think the bmw club is there also and one source said just tell the guy at the gate that you are a crew member and you can get in.

I'll be up there and hanging out with nothing to do Saturday. If someone could arrange karting, I might be in if the price was reasonable.

Yep, I hope to sneak in and watch on saturday. I figure pulling in with my car, trailer in tow with 4 BFG R1's they might not be suspicious?

Anyways, where is good to eat up there? Gonna have to get dinner, is it safe to hit the easy button and hit up BW3's? Never driven further than VIR before :lol:

Millies near VIR has like the best Pizza ever. Joe and Mimma's in Danville is great Italian.

Emmie and I just booked a non-smoking double (2 double beds) at the Best Western across the street from the airport for Saturday night. If any non-snoring individuals or couples would like to split the room with us, PM me please.

Saturday Morning I am driving up there. My chick is going to follow me to the site because she doesnt know where to go. After that i am gonna have to try and find something to do all day. Is anyone else going to be in VA this early in the a.m.? Also i think Hardees is right down the road from the airport.
