With the soft FSP pax, I wouldn't be surprised. :?

All I care about is shaking off some more rust prior to the Lincoln ProSolo in a few weeks. - AB

It's tough to have a course of any length at Danville without at least one. We can make it the less painful type possibly. We will do our best to avoid two.

Turn-around cones are one of the most fun and challenging elements at Danville. :) Making the entry very fast makes it even more challenging. I actually love those things and the challenge of timing the braking, trail braking just right, not overdriving the front tires, being super patient holding a very tight line, and then blasting out of the other side.

So make it a challenging one if we have one! :D

Said like someone who OWNS the pivot cone. Chuck is one of the best pivot coners I've seen.

It wouldn't surprise me either. Jinx is always on fresh tires and he might be bringing out the new gigantic 15's this weekend. On the plus side, he might hit a lot of cones while getting accustomed to a wider car. :D

Spratte and I will be on whatever crap I can dig out of the back yard. Probably 30+ run flipped 275's which we'll be lucky not to cord by the end of the day. As always, I'm just hoping for a top 10 finish. :)

Wow, you are right....I never realized that FSP PAX was that low...it's only 1 hundredth higher than FS! And at the Triad events I've been to, Jinx has handily beaten ESP, DSP, BSP, BS, AS cars etc in PAX. Oh well, it's going to be a blast.

Like Jim, we're bringing out some clapped out 315 front/325 rears to kill off and will be getting 4 new 315 fronts and 2 new 315 rears (the Z06's are killing us off the line due to gearing) at Lincoln... if it happens.

With the setup of the STI coming up, it may mean the C6 gets put into mothballs for a bit while we figure out the setup. I've bought two front sway bars, end links, shorty stainless exhaust with silencer, and a set of 19# wheels already. I may not have the car for another 8 weeks

Hopefully I'll get it a few weeks prior to DC in order to get an event in to shake it down. - AB

Damn. I just tried to register and it's locked. I thought it was staying open until today?

Anyhow, I'll be there. Helping cord tires.

Maybe an ITR in DS.
Or half-assed STX prepped 330.

It sounds that way. I am actually selling parts from the Volvo now that it is out of the driveway :) - AB

I am really looking forward to this weekend. Should be a good battle in X but Jinx possibly being on those new 15 inch monsters kind of scares me.

Weather looks great so it should be an enjoyable day even if I get killed by the competition.

Damn Aaron -- I was hoping you'd buy these 15" Volvo wheels off me for some strange reason.

Chuck

P.S. You know that you're a bit sick when your garage tool box still contains spark plugs, rotor, cap, points and stuff from a car you had 30 years ago. Why? I have no idea.
