Hey everybody.

I would like to invite everyone in Tarheel to visit http://www.AutocrossForum.com sometime. This is a site that my brother and I have started and as far as we can tell, it is the only autocross ONLY forum in the country. All of the rest also have track, drag, drift, or rally sections. We wanted to create a one stop site for all things autocross.

The site is still new and there will be changes made as time goes by. right now I think we have about 30 people registered on the site and we would LOVE to get more.

So, come by, check out the site and let me know where you think we can make some improvements.

*Our site is not meant to take any traffic away from the THSCC forums. It was made because my brother and I didn't see anykind of national level autocross site that anybody in the autocross community would feel comfortable with. I Think alot of non-SCCA autocrossers would be intimidated by the SCCA's site and most clubs forums are restricted, like ours are, to non members.*

Have you seen sccaforums.com? It independent from scca (if that is important to you) has a huge base and, despite having sections for everything from road rally to IT, is 90% soloists.

Kevin,

Yea we looked at that one. It is good and you are right it is HUGE. We wanted to try a novice/local runner friendly approach that will hopefully draw some national level guys as well. We would ultimately like to have a mix of every type of driver in autocross, from the once-a-month bombers like myself to the guys and gals that are racing everyweekend. We think that there is still some untapped market out there. We also thought that since there is the www.corral.net ( a mustang site) and www.stangnet.coom and both are VERY busy, then there is potential for us also.
