Plan on an instructors meeting at 9:30 before the driver's meeting. We'll go over the format, remind you of the timing, deal with any reassignments, and explain to you not to let your student kill you or any other person.
The weather looks like it will be good and there will be plenty of seat time and enough instructors so that we can make sure that everyone can step out occasionally and rest. (This does not mean that all of you are not needed.) Please be prompt to this meeting so we can get it completed and we can move on quickly. The driver's meeting will be similar to the novice meetings in that we will go over safety rules cone rules etc plus we will go over the schedule and format of the event.
