The Novice School is coming up on March 27th and we need you to participate. These schools have proven to be both popular and beneficial to new AX'rs, but to be successful we need your help.

You don't need to be a pro - you just need to be able to help them improve their skills so they can improve and come back and beat up on their competition.

Respond to this thread and Maria and I will send out information as it occurs.

Thanks in Advance.

Currently we have 33 students and 21 instructors - a good ratio  We need a few more instructors. If we can get a couple of you to volunteer, it will allow us to admit new students and/or give some rest to instructors. These are are future trophy candidates, so come on sign up. Hey you get a free event Sunday if you instruct.

Thanks Again

WE Still need more instructors so we can meet the needs of all the students.

Here is the current list of instructors - We are such good instructors that we had a student graduate to an instructor just by being on the student list  :

1. ME
2. Maria Winslow
3. Jennifer Bedell
4. Carlton Whitehead
5. Rodney Wright
6. Mike Miller
7. Karl Shultz
8. Charlie Monroe
9. Brice Johnson
10 Mary Johnson
11 Keith Strassel
12 Zack Hill
13 Emmie Fisher
14 Carl Fisher
15 Gwen Baake
16 Bernie Baake
17 Pedro Cuevas
18 Chris Suich
19 Colin O'Connell
20 Kevin Allen
21 Nic Cadenas

I'd like to instruct at the novice school again this year. I had a lot of fun instructing last year. Also I think at least one of my students learned something -- James Trevett trophied in STX for the season :D

I'm happy to help out if you can use me. I'm competent on course walk theory but pretty useless in the car except with the beginningest of beginners.

I can instruct as well.

Remember, for those who are instructors, not only do you get the warm and fuzzy that your student is gaining all that fabulous knowledge from your autox mastery, but you'll get a free lunch and free entry into the Sunday autox event. I'm think we can even work in some run times for the instructors as well to get a "feel" for the track

Everyone wins!!!

Yeah, that too, I wanted to make sure that was cool before I offered.

Isn't there usually a lunch break, and instructors get to drive then?

Yes, last year we had a lunch break just to give everyone a little down time. Probably do the same thing this year.

I'm up for instructing as my son will be one of the novices and I'll be there anyway.

Anders has a need to survive till adulthood. It’s his brother Eric that can scare you. I'll get him to offer you a ride at his one AutoX a year.
