Alright, this all sounds great, thanks to all of you!

Kendt, I got preoccupied on a detail and didn't get in touch with Laurinburg. :sorry: Tomorrow I'll be getting rained out, so plenty of time to get in touch with him. Sounds like the extra days of leaving it there might not be a factor for the Test and Tune, but I'll ask anyway. And it would be nice to establish whether or not we can do this for future events - might make things easier for the various drivers. I'll also sweet talk Lisa at Danville, she's pretty awesome so I'm not anticipating a problem with the Monday thing there either.

Tell you guys what. Let me get cleaned up and grab some dinner. I'll come back on later and do an "Event Schedule" like I have in the event chairs thread for the bus drivers. That'll help us keep track of who's driving it when.

Is a bus driver needed for this weekends event? I could drop it off on Friday and bring it back on Monday if needed (and if thats allowed by the site).

Dropping it off on Friday is definitely okay. As to leaving it overnight for Monday pickup, I don't know. I'll have to ask.

Actually, I've got another plan that will work fine. I can always just leave my car at work after the event and drive the bus home instead.

I was planning on taking it back to Chris's, unless it needs to go someplace else.

i think chris' place may be the best bet. i just googled the distance from sanford to rougemont and its double the time and distance from sanford to apex.

oh well. apex it is then (unless someone is going towards pets companion, if we are still allowed to park the bus there)

You can park the bus at PCI but you'll have to get it there, we have two cars to drive back home.
