I'm looking at a car in Rocky Mount tomorrow and I'd really like to get it on a lift to do a proper inspection.

Anyone know of a shop in Rocky Mount who might be able to let me use their lift for a small fee tomorrow?

Thanks!

Farris Chrysler in Rocky Mount helped me out. Service manager and I looked the car over for 1/2 hour, no charge, no liability speech, etc. Nice people there. Even notarized the title for the standard $5 fee.

Maybe if I win the lottery someday.

Nope, but I'll give a hint. It was $5k and it's going to be Kendra's daily driver / kid hauler / grocery getter. She was tiring of driving the Durango everyday and wanted something small. And another hint -- I will not drive this car. Ever. But it was a good deal :)

Somewhere in the middle of Karl's post lies the truth...

The folks at Farris are good people. Growing up in RM, my parents bought two minivans and a couple Jeeps from the Farris team.

So let me get this straight .. Kendra will be driving a Renault, and Karl is actually Mike Dishman's son?
