Any recommendations on a shop to replace the pinion seal on a Ford 150?

How difficult of a DIY job is this?

I would highly recomend R&J in Apex for this type of work.
Kurby gives us the 20% club discount as well.
(not just exhaust work).

I've done this myself before on my old 1979 f100. It wasn't difficult, but I had access to a lift and BF air tools. If I remember correctly, all I did was remove the driveshaft, remove the BF nut, yank the seal out and get oil on my head, replace seal, put nut back on... but it's been a few years.
