I am in the process of designing an adjustable rear spoiler for my Camaro. I need to have some aluminum brackets fabricated. Any recommendations for shops in the Raleigh area that do this sort of thing?

I will need 4 t-brackets that will mount to rear hatch and 4 L-brackets that the lexan will mount to.

i know its not really local to you, but there is a place here in greenville that has an aquajet. i'm not sure what their prices are like but the quality of the parts i've seen them make are top notch. let me know if you want me to dig up some contact info.

Jim, these seem fairly easy to do, you should be able to do that without having to pay someone for it. Look at Home Depot or similar place they have Aluminum in sheet, strip an angle that will do a good starting point.
If you need to machine something I got something similar to this below.
You can come home and i can help you to machine your parts if needed.

I also highly recommend these guys, we've used them at work and they are great. Al's a real nice guy too.
