For some time we’ve been thinking about adding a garage for our “regular” cars. This seemed like the right time, and after checking out their work, we decided on Carolina Custom Builders. We could not be happier. From start to finish they’ve been on the money. They were on time for the first appointment, checked out our chosen location, talked options, cost, etc. They listened to what we wanted, took some measurements and when they left we had a written proposal. The only thing I had to do was go to the health dept. to fill out an application for property improvement. They took care of the rest. The promise was 6 weeks from ground breaking to finish. Here are the pictures of how it progressed. From ground breaking to finish was 2 weeks.
ImagePouring foundation and floor.
Image This was their "on site" plan.
ImageDay 1 of actual construction.
ImageDay 2.
ImageDay 3. Rain didn't slow them down.
ImageDay 4.
ImageDay 5. We had to wait a day for the shingles since they were special order.
ImageDay 6. We also had to wait a day for the special order siding. They stayed until way past dark, using their headlights and our floods to finish.

All done. We've got to seal the floor and will do the electric ourselves. Now we have a 3 car garage with a great bonus room upstairs.

They were on time. Worked all day Saturdays, and kept the job site clean.

We certainly recommend these guys.

Dieter has a house but not the one in the pictures. I hide him in the back.

Being good and showing them are two different things. He's warm and dry and partially disassembled
