Not a big selection of sizes, but I believe I've seen them at my local TruValue (Triangle Pharmacy/TruValue on hwy 54 in Durham).

Might have some luck at a place like northern tool as
well.

Maybe Pep Boys.

If you can't find them locally JC Whitney probably can ship ASAP and if memory serves is where I got my last set. (too late for today/tomorrow).

Note that I've tried the strap/emergency chains . . . never had much luck. Real chains, including the cable type, are all I ever had luck with.
