Just wanted to post a big thanks to Chuck and Donna and recommend them if you ever need work done.

My daughter recently needed her engagement ring resized. Quite significantly I might add. Chuck/Donna had to go through multiple steps of sizing and work on the setting to make it come out right given the difference in sizes. They did an excellent job! My daughter is extremely pleased and was surprised that it could come out that good! The price was more than fair.

We are working on getting the picture of the drum for you to make that piece for her to hold the ashes. She'll be in touch soon.

Thanks Chuck and Donna.

Graham and Ann

Thanks for the good words! The ring sizing was a much bigger challenge than most since it needed to go down nearly 4 sizes and had been sized previously. Donna was more than up to the task tho and given the tragic circumstances surrounding that heirloom piece she took even more care in making sure it was done as perfect as possible.
We intend to put no less effort into the reliquary container for the ashes as well.
We once again express our condolences for your daughter's loss.
