The guys at Capital's parts counter knew me by voice when I did the engine swap in the Contour. They would place the order and I would pick it up the next day and pay for it; Crossroads required payment in advance and in person.

Even though they're 18 miles further away than Crossroads from my house, their Tarheel discount made it worth the trip.

Then again, this isn't coming close to answering your question, is it?
