they have lumber for i woudl assume low prices.. not hte selection of biiig stores, and it can vary what is in stock, but they are worth a shot..

Cheap lumber: Habitat Reuse Center. Never know what they are going to have but I've bought 2x10x12 for, as I recall, $10. Bundle of 100 2x4x93 for 160. Inventory changes all the time.
