Just wanted to drop a note about Mark at HH.

We are driving to NY Today (12/23), and I realized late last week that the tires on the passat were shot, and the edges were getting tore up also so I figured I needed an alignment also. I ordered my tires from Tire rack and they were dropped off on Wensday I also left my car with Mark. However then it got interesting, it appears that the Passats tire rod ends were shot, which is why the car was tearing up its front tires. However Mark Assured me he could have it done my Thursday so I could pack the car Thursday night to be ready leave. I call mark around 4:00 and he was just about done putting the new tire rods on, and need to take it to get aligned. Well Mark called me at 6:30 that it was done, which of course is past his closing time. Mark wanted to make sure he got it done on Thursday and stayed late to make sure it happened.

Mark is excellent. I just got back from his shop after getting new tires for my van. You have to love dealing with someone who takes great care and pride in his work. I have never had a bad experience at HH&W!

Agreed!!

Mark is THE MAN!! He has gone the extra mile for me (on more than one occasion). Even though I'm in Wake Forest, I would even think of going anywhere else!

Once he gets the alignment equipment in place, I might as well just set him up for direct withdrawal from my checking account (I'll be there even more than I am already!).
