As many of you know I've been shopping for a new SUV. I had been to 5-6 various dealers and delt with alot of BS! I finally took Phil Wehmans advice and visited MJ's Nissan. My initial visit was with a rather new salesman that I wasn't to happy with (he no longer works there!)
Things improved dramatically when I contacted the internet sales manager Vincent Elliot and made reference to Phil being a friend of the dealership sales manager Dave Butler. Dave was waiting for me when I arrived and was interested in going for a ride in the STi! (Dave really enjoys performance and specialty type cars.) After the test drive he took time to sit down with me and listen to what I needed to make it work. He offered me a very fair price on my trade and plans to sell it at his dealership vs selling to another dealer at a wholesale price.
The Armada was equipped exactly the way I wanted and he gave a rather large discount in addition to the 2% financing rate.
Vincent was exceptional as well. He was very relaxed, with no pressure at all. He helped me feel more relaxed as well. His many years of experience at MJ's Nissan was obvious in the way he worked with me through the entire process. He even went out and helped the detailers prep the car to expedite the process.
