We have negotiated a special "permanent" rate for Tarheel
Sports Car Club at the Comfort Inn in Laurinburg. It's about the closest
hotel to Laurinburg Maxton events, and has been the default "official"
hotel for the club as long as I can remember. They have a pool, free
breakfast, and the usual hotel goodies.
The rate is a flat $60.00 per night plus tax. This rate is good for up
to four people in a room, so no extra charges for that 2nd or 3rd or 4th
person. It includes the Continental breakfast, pool, etc. This means
(theoretically) it should not be necessary for any of us to call and get
a group rate in the future prior to THSCC events.
When you call, use the number below, which is a DIRECT number to the
Comfort Inn (not a national reservations center).
To get this rate, you must call this number directly, and not use the
Internet or the National number. I have been asked to tell you that
this is not a "points eligible rate" and will not count toward free
nights through any travel club, car club, etc.

Reservations must be made three days in advance to qualify for this rate.
