THSCC needs to re-establish Chief of Timing to keep up with this stuff. The lack of that position for the last 2+ years is REALLY starting to be obvious, not only in the condition of some of the equipment, but in the quantity of timing problems at our events.

We *should* be in good shape now with what Stephen and I have done (I've got about 20 hours so far in repairing and testing this stuff!) but it would be best if it happens routinely by someone with it in their job description.

Just a suggestion for 2008.
