...has snuck up on us with a quickness. Ok, we actually forgot about it. Not to late though, we can make it happen, but I am going to need some volunteers. The event is THIS WEEKEND, March 23rd and 24th. I am going to need 10-15 people that can come out and work the course and a few of those to come extra early and help me set up on Saturday. This will be at the McKimmon Center off of Gorman Street.

For those of you that haven't done it before, it's really great to see the effort the kids put into this. Also, as Ryan said, it's free lunch and YOU GET A FREE AUTOCROSS PASS. You are usually home no later than 2PM.

My list so far:

Set-up to arrive at 7AM (need 1 more):
Stephen Westerfield
Jim Pastorius

Course workers to arrive at 9AM(need 3 more):
Ryan Holton
George Bright
Jonathan Rodriguez
Jenn Carter
Shawna Geyer
Rick Butters
Art McDonald

I will be there to help.

Lunch will be provided afterwards just like last year.

Maybe an ITR in DS.

Maybe this is a dumb question but, what club equipment do you need for the EV Challenge? There's a rallycross this weekend too, and last we checked there aren't enough photo heads to go around...

Its been worked out with Vincent and Steven. Hell if nothing else we can time with stopwatches. Or for some cars a sundial.

Sure, I just wanted to say TITS on the public forum without being inappropriate.

Ryan is right....c'mon folks. These guys pay us a hefty chunk of change for 4-5 hours worth of work.

For the new folks, this is a great chance to help put on a low-key event, meet other members and help out the club. The club does a lot for you.

I have a 3200 pound excuse in my garage for not doing the EV challenge. But I know how important it is for the club. And it is a pretty fun time.
