NCAC- Where we stand now

It is with great pleasure that I send this today. After talks among the 4 member clubs of the NCAC, K&K Insurance and the Greenboro Collesum we have worked out the finer details and the event will still be held at the Greensboro Collesum.

I would like to apologize for the confusion of the past week. Those issues have been resolved and we are all moving forward to make this a great event. I would like to thank Highlands, CCR and Triad for their support of THSCC to put this event on. This truly will be a colaboration of all 4 clubs.

I am sure we will have some kind of briefing at the driver's meeting on Sunday for those in attendance as well.

I am glad that things are looking up. Kudos to everyone involved to get past the recent issues. :thumbsup:

You guys may have already been doing this, but may I suggest someone publish some official meeting notes (who was invited, who attended, what was discussed, what was decided, action items, who is doing what, open issues, etc.). These would NOT be for public consumption, but only for those in attendence to help prevent future confusion and difference of opinions as to what happened?

That's at least 50% of what bit us in the ass last time Richard....you can be sure that will take place this time.

So... just to clear up the confusion...

We had a whole bunch of drama and from the point of view of just being a driver everything's back where it was to start with?

(Ignoring who runs what organization-wise)
