I went to check out the grill. They have a big park-style open-bottom bring-your-own charcoal unit.

Does someone want to volunteer to either (1) bring charcoal and man the grill or (2) bring their own gas grill and let others use it?

I'll leave it up to y'all. I'm flexible, I can eat sandwiches :)

I think I will bring my little grill, some dogs and some buns. Anyone else who wants to grill is more than welcome to.

Do we need an EZ-Up for shade or is there sufficent natural cover or structures to not warrant that? Today is supposed to be quite hot and sunburnt kids suck.

There is a big shelter with the picnic tables underneath.

Thanks for putting this together Mike, it was a lot of fun. It was good to meet some of the other THSCC parents.

You weren't the only ones Jess. We got turned around also and we were using the city of Cary's directions.

Thanks for making this happen Mike. The kids had a great time!

I have pics and when I get a chance, I'll get them uploaded to the interweb.
