Unfortunately, I won't make the Christmas Party this year. At this point, I'm pretty sure I won't get the ballot in time to get it mailed back to the appropriate people. What's a long-distance member to do? :whoknows: :help:

My December H&T came last week, I'd assume that everyone else has one on the way?

I don't have mine (Dec H&T). What should I do regarding voting. I don't think I am going to be able to attend the party, so I can't vote in person if that is some option.

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

I need to check with our MALs (Charlie and Art), but I bet they will take email vote submissions. You may lose your anonymity, but I'm sure they won't tell anyone.

I'll ask Art ASAP.

Scott and Vincent - Will you be sending me one of your ballots to use? :)

Mike - Let me know if e-mail is OK and I'll send it in that way. Is there a list posted elsewhere on this board with the "final" ballot?

A copy of the ballot will be posted on this thread tonight. After you fill it out, email it to atlarge@thscc.com so that both Charlie and I get copies.

That said, if you are coming to the party and you have a paper ballot from the Heel & Toe, use it. We get enough email anyway :)

I tried to get a bit more fancy with this ballot, but it wasn't always working. So, to hopefully insure that a correct ballot reaches its email destination, here is a link to a plain old text file of the 2005 THSCC Officers Ballot.

You will note 2 changes from the ballot you have received or will receive in your Dec H&T.
1) Kevin is withdrawing his name as an Autocross VP nominee. He will, instead, be a Co-Rallycross VP with Carl.
2) Rallycross VP now reads "vote for TWO".

Instructions for marking this .txt ballot:
1) Copy/Paste the ballot text into a new email.
2) In the ballot email, DELETE all the names that you DO NOT want to vote for.
3) Make the email Subject: THSCC 2005 Ballot
4) Send the email immediately to atlarge@thscc.com.

And you're done!
