Congrats man. It's a bummer that you're leaving the area, but for this opportunity, you'd probably have to be an idiot to not do it.

Well said. Will definitely miss having you around!

As an aside, I see my plan for eliminating fast drivers from STR is working....muwahahaha! Rob K and Noah, you're next!

I might just trophy this year!

Big loss for the club, but I guess when you loose a co-drive in a well prepped Sk2 you gotta do what you gotta do.

Glad to hear Rodney will be finishing out the decade for us though

James, are you sure they didn't lure you there with this Geico commercial? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owwsFYD96lg

Thanks for your leadership in the club the last several years! (And thank you to Rodney for stepping back in the ring)

Well that just sucks. You know your dog will never accept being in the rain out of the sun all the time. Or was it that you couldn't be too far away from Jeremy and your AX car.

We will miss you have fun

Except for the fact that it rains 8-10" more in Central/Eastern NC than it does in Seattle every year  .

Looks like the Continental DW will be my new 'race' tire though (in addition to DD duty) :).

As a former Seattle resident the big difference is the number of rainy days is much higher in Seattle and most of those days are all day rain. BUT when it isn't raining it is a beautiful area to live. That said I moved to California for my first out of school job. Moved to NC for a better house/yard/etc.

I hope you have verified that your budget and Seattle's relatively high housing prices are compatible.

Nope, didn't even consider there might be a cost of living difference.

I seem to recall from childhood that TV ads often ended with the disclaimer, "Prices slightly higher in Hawaii and the West Coast". Guess some things haven't changed.

I don't know what you're complaining about 58 days of sun is plenty. And the reports of constant rain are overrated, I mean it doesn't even rain 1/2 of the days. (155 days)
