Carl and ME are working on adding the autox and rallyx events to the main webpage. Right now there is a registration issue that will be fixed this evening. You should be able to start signing up for events tomorrow, 2/2/12

Not that I am complaining, but I just registered for Laurinburg on the 19th and I was only charged $20 through Paypal. I noticed on the registration page the charge should have been $25. I am only the second person on the entry list.

Bear with us, we're working w/ the web folks to adjust paypal pricing. Try to get that resolved ASAP.

I pre-paid for this season's events at the Jan meeting and noticed I haven't been added to season registration yet. I assume this is in process as well? No hurry, just want to make sure it doesn't slip through the cracks...thanks! :)

Your season pass covers the main 8 events, not extras like the TNT, so you'll need to sign up for that one separately. I'd wait till tomorrow and allow Carl to fix the back end paypal. I'd give Judi a few more days to get everyone up on the registration page.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but season pass holders can go ahead and sign themselves up for the 8 main events covered by their pass, right? I was under the impression that's what Judy does for the season pass holders anyway.

Is it autocross time yet??? :car:

That would probably help Judi, but I'll let her reply to this.

Yikes, registration just opened this morning right? The registrar doesn't have access to it any earlier than anyone else so I can safely say, she was working today and didn't get a chance to do the year long passes yet. I'd say if you have a season pass, make her job easier and don't sign up. Wait for her to do it as it will make her job easier and she won't have to figure out who registered and who didn't already. Having your name on there today vs two weeks from now isn't going to bring March any quicker.

I'm glad to see everyone is excited about the upcoming autocross season. I am slammed with work stuff the next couple of days, but I will do my best to get everyone who has season passes registered by Sunday evening. If you paypaled $20, go ahead and send the extra $5 to paypal@thscc.com or you can give it to me at the event. Thanks for your patience!

Oops. My intention was only to reduce duplicate effort, not complicate things or rush anyone. :?

All -

I think I have everyone registered properly now. Thanks to those that took care of it for me :) If you have any questions, please let me know.

Also, for Jimmy V and NCCAR the calendar says the points event is the Saturday of those two day weekends so for those with season passes I signed you up for Saturday only since the second day is not covered by your pass.

Thanks,

As of right now, I believe the Sunday event will be the points event for the Jimmy V. I will email Carl to get it changed. Sorry if that creates work for you, which I'm sure it does. My bad
