if ti is not too far away. i am willing to try it.. maybe i will run my wrx.. so if i run over the tracks it wont hurt the car..shes seen worse. anyhow.. it sounds like it is fairly open area, is this right? very slippy too, good awd material. any chance to go see new hot rod cars is worth going to a autocross.my car is stock so it is realllly quiet.

If we can't find it, ask Walter if we can borrow his.

We need to start focusing on a date to hit the Burlington site for a clean up day. I was loosely thinking either 11/19 or 12/10 on a Saturday. I think 3-4 hours of work will do it if we have Richard help us. We'll need about 6 or so folks along w/ the Buick guys to attack this site.

Any takers for either date? I'm sending a note to Richard to see if either date works better for him.

I can probably get a buddy of mine to get a street sweeper out there if you want.

Can't make 11/19, but I can help out Saturday December 10th... As long as we finish in time for me to pack up that night & get ready for Danville the following day. ;)

I don't have access to any weed-eating machinery but I will help out however I can.

No need. there is a weed eater on the bus. Les looked like he was doing a good job making it work.

That weed eater leaves a lot to be desired. I'd rather bring my own weed eater out than use that one again. It also needs some more string as I used it all up. Regardless this place would need many folks with many weed eaters to get cleaned up, but Richard said he has a mowing tractor we can use. Also, I think he wants us to come out one weekend and treat everything with round up first then come back a couple weeks later for cleanup. A street sweeper might actually be pretty useful Marcus, how much would that cost?

Either of those dates should work for me, I'll be glad to come out and help. I can probably even finagle a weed wacker to bring along, though I thought we were going to go the blowtorch route
